A Safe Place spotlights organizations and individuals who provide a safe, nurturing environment for abused, neglected and homeless young people. Jean Palmer, a dedicated volunteer who has opened her heart and home to more than 70 children is recognized. We are joined in the audience by representatives from Volunteer Emergency Families for Children, and Adolescent and Family Growth Center, Inc. (Special Guest: Jean Palmer, a foster parent)
